So what exactly is an Agent Sub-site? Very simply it is your own version of the individualhealth.com site only with your branding and contact information displayed throughout the sub-site. Your sub-site is an extension of the main platform, individualhealth.com, and customers can be directed to your sub-site in one of several ways. Customers coming to  individualhealth.com can if they desire select a broker listed from the authorized agent section, and once they do they are captured within the sub-site until they select another agent to view. The look and feel of the site is maintained throughout and the navigation is consistant.
All information displayed is maintained for you and updates are made as they are needed. All of your applications available for download and printing will be encoded with your agent information. All online application interfaces are encoded so you receive credit for the sale. Your only job is to use the site and assist your customers in their navigation based on their needs. You will have the ability to turn on or off certain companies and product lines depending on who and what you are selling. For example - you are not licensed in the State of Arizona, you can elect to turn off this portion of the site.
Each agent will eventually have a login and password that will allow them to enter a protected area of the site to update and change certain un-protected areas of their sub-site, such as address information, phone and fax numbers, email addresses and some content. All other area of the site are protected from change by users to maintain the integrity of the platform. If you have custom requests they can be accommodated for an additional fee.
You will have the opportunity to select several counties in which you prefer to be represented in. This allows your agent information to be included in a results list based on a search function that will be available to the site visitor if they want to search for an agent. They may also find you listed in a results page from a link that will be available at the bottom of all drop down menus. The results page has three key spots that are available for an additional advertising fee. The main body of the results currently list in a random order thus showing no favor to any one agent. This is done so every agent displayed for a particular region will have their time at the top of the list.
Whom are we looking for?
Currently we are seeking the professional agent who is already in the business currently selling health insurance or they are looking to ad health insurance to their current sales program. We are not looking for the occasional producer as the platform will not prove productive unless you are actively selling health insurance, both domestic and international. This is a tool that you will be able to incorporate into your current marketing program as it exists today and enhance your abilities to make the sale. |
