International Travel Medical Plans
Seven Corners has designed four unique International Travel Medical Insurance plans designed specifically for U.S. Citizens traveling overseas or foreign nationals traveling outside the borders of their home county, including visiting the United States. This type of policy protects you from major and minor medical emergencies, accidents and illnesses during your travels. Depending on your needs you can choose from Liaison International, Liaison Worldwide, Liaison Majestic and Liaison Continent.
Generating a quote is easy to do and you can apply online from the page that shows your rates. By requesting email fullfillment you will be able to print a set of Virtual ID Cards at the end of the application process. |

The Liaison International Travel Medical

The Liaison International Travel Medical Plan is a short term health plan that is designed to meet your short term travel needs outside the borders of your home country. The minimum Period of Coverage under the Liaison International Plan is (5) days, maximum is six (6) months. Coverage can be purchased in a combination of monthly and/or daily periods by paying the appropriate Plan Cost.
Eligibility - Liaison International Travel Medical plan provides coverage for individuals and families provided you are either:
- Class 1: U.S. or Canadian citizen traveling outside the United States.
- Class 2: Non-U.S. citizens traveling to the United States**
** Restriction: Class 2 individuals are not eligible for coverage if they have been residing in the U.S. for eighteen (18) consecutive months
- Class 3: Non U.S. citizens traveling outside of their Home Country (No travel inside the U.S.)
- Underwritten by Nationwide. (Except certain states underwritten by Certain Underwriters at Lloyd's of London)
- Medical maximum: $50,000; $100,000; $500,000; or $1,000,000
- Coverage period: Minimum Purchase is 5 days; Maximum is 6 months
- Virtual ID cards available immediately after purchase
- Global access to assistance 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
- Dental (sudden relief of pain): up to $100, class 1 individuals
- Emergency medical evacuation/repatriation: up to $300,000
- Accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D): up to $25,000
- Terrorism (Except certain states underwritten by Certain Underwriters at Lloyd's of London)

Liaison Worldwide Travel Medical Insurance

The Liaison Worldwide provides coverage, for individuals and families (including unmarried dependent child(ren) over 14 days and under 19 years of age) while traveling outside their Home Country. (Coverage is not available in all Countries). If your plans are to be outside your Home Country for more than 6 months Seven Corners will allow you the option to purchase an additional period of coverage for at least 1 month or maximum of 12 months. As long as your initial purchase was for 3 months of coverage. The maximum period of time Seven Corners will offer you this feature is three years (one year for persons over age 65 and over). If you want more than $500,000 in coverage then look at the Liaison Majestic below.

Liaison Majestic Travel Medical Insurance

Liaison Majestic Travel Medical plan offers unique benefits that are not found in the Liaison Worldwide or Liaison International plans. Coverage periods from 5 days up to 12 months and renewable up to 3 years, the Liaison Majestic offers benefit coverage up to $1 million dollars for both U.S. Citizens traveling overseas and non-citizens visiting the United States. The Liaison Majestic also provides coverage for 3 additional benefits - Political evacuation, a coma benefit, and a felonious assault benefit.

- Medical maximum: $60,000; $125,000; $600,000; or $1,000,000
- Coverage period: Minimum Purchase is 5 days; Renewable up to 3 years (Age 65+, up to one year)
- Emergency medical evacuation/ repatriation: up to $300,000
- Political evacuation and repatriation: up to $50,000
- Accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D): up to $50,000
- Coma benefit: up to $50,000
- Felonious assault benefit: up to $10,000

Liaison Continent Travel Medical Insurance

- Underwritten by Certain Underwriters at Lloyd's of London
- Medical maximum: $50,000; $100,000; $500,000; or $1,000,000
- Coverage period: Minimum Purchase is 5 days; Maximum is 6 months
- Virtual ID cards available immediately after purchase
- Global access to assistance 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
- Emergency medical evacuation/repatriation: up to $300,000
- Home country coverage: incidental trips to the home country: up to $50,000

- Coinsurance
Inside the United States and Canada
- Plan A: After you pay the deductible, the program pays 80% of the next $2,500 of eligible expenses, then 90% of the next $5,000 of eligible expenses, then 100% to the selected Medical Maximum.
- Plan B: After you pay the deductible, the program pays 75% of eligible expenses to the selected Medical Maximum.
Outside the United States and Canada
- Plan E: After you pay the deductible, the program pays 100% to the selected Medical Maximum.
- Plan F: After you pay the deductible, the program pays 80% of eligible expenses to the selected Medical Maximum.
