This program is available to non-United States citizens who come to the U.S. for business, pleasure, to study, or to immigrate. The Inbound Guest program must become effective within 180 days of arrival in the United States.

You may initially enroll in Inbound Guest for as little at 5 days and up to a maximum of 180 days. Total period of coverage for Inbound Guest cannot exceed 180 days.
