The RightPlan PPO 40 and the 3500 Deductible PPO plans are tailor-made for young adults, empty nesters or early retirees. They offer low-cost, comprehensive coverage without the added-on benefits that many people know they will never use - such as maternity. With the 3500 Deductible PPO, just meet your annual deductible and you'll then pay $0 for most in-network covered services.
